When you make a purchase, you'll receive three items: the Sip & Squeeze Straw, an aluminum straw, and a cleaning brush.

To get started, simply insert the aluminum straw into the Sip & Squeeze Straw.

Insert the aluminum straw into your bottle or glass. Take your two fingers and squeeze the orange unit to slow down the liquid that goes through it.

If you prefer, you can also use the Sip & Squeeze Straw with the straw that came with your bottle — just insert it and enjoy.
Step 05
After you're done using it, make sure to clean all items using the included brush.
